If you have a PDF of the most recent IEP or 504 document of a new student record that just transferred to your district.
You can add that document for more easy review into the IEP manager in a placeholder meeting.
If this is a new record for SIRAS, this is handy to post the most 'current' IEP or 504 for other staff to review before the next major meeting.

Placeholders for meetings held outside of SIRAS:
With the PDF file containing meeting forms that were produced outside of SIRAS, create a placeholder meeting to have that meeting show up in the meeting history and be able to view the forms as you would any other meeting.
If this is a new record to your district, you will need to do a plan adoption record first before adding a meeting like this.
- Create a meeting with the correct purpose and the date in the past that the meeting happened
- Do not fill out any forms in the Forms Manager
- Click on Uploaded Documents Tab
- Upload your documents, and select the category of "Non-SIRAS Forms"
- Click the button that appears labelled "Set Meeting as Uploaded Documents Only"
- Finalize the meeting

Click on Upload File in bottom left

Select Category Non-SIRAS forms
