We suggest all SIRAS SELPA LEAs in waiting until 9/19/2024 to send data.
Reporting period lock will be advanced to 10/2/2024 on 9/19/2024.

September 2024 - Updates
9/16/2024 43XX SELPA Merge: The districts and school of Santa Clara SELPA 4301, 4302, 4303, 4304 & 4307 have been merged into 4310.
There should be minimal to no impact on users. If staff are having trouble navigating the view scope dialog box, contact [email protected]
SIS Integration staff be advised: studentData.csv is having a header update. Effective as of 9/1/2024

- "NONPART" will be changed to "Inactive Reason"
- "Inactive Reason" will be changed to "Inactive Reason.label"
Ventura SELPA Q districts
Login to sirastraining.vcoe.org to review contact data pulled from Q to see if the results of the data pull will work for production SIRAS.

- Make sure your EL Status for TK students is TBD - Guidance Regarding Transitional Kindergarten and ELPAC, per the passage of AB 2268
- Reporting period block in CALPADS reporting will be updated to the 10/2/2024 date after the CALPADS rollover.
- Be aware of new DRDP grade requirements
