Shortcut to SIRAS not working? Did you save a desktop shortcut to double click on to get into SIRAS? If so we suggest you delete that shortcut and make a bookmark in your browser of choice instead of saving the desktop shortcut. Those files can corrupt after a while and stop working. Active and known issues

 

When using SIRAS to send link emails for signatures and recipient doesn't get email.

  • Confirm the recipients email address is correct.
  • Confirm the recipients email mailbox is not full.
  • Confirm with district tech. department that the email domain 'notify.sirassystems.com' is not being blocked by district email filter/firewall.
  • Have recipient check the email spam/junk mail folder.
    Workaround:  Use the 'copy to clipboard' button, that will copy the link to send. Then send send the link with your work email.

Workaround for PDF Viewer issues:

 

  • Document won't load at all:  Try clearing browser cache
  • Try changing User Preference in SIRAS: System/Browser default.  This will cause Chrome, etc. to use its native PDF viewer instead of the one SIRAS provides.
  • Download the PDF and open with Adobe Acrobat or desktop system PDF viewer.
