Reset a User's Password or Reactivate a Blocked Account

This procedure is for a District SPED Clerk or another administrator authorized to manage SIRAS user accounts.

For a user who can complete self-service reset, send Change or Reset Your Own SIRAS Password.

Use administrator reset when self-service is not available.
A District SPED Clerk may need to reset an account that has not been used for more than six months or is blocked because of inactivity.
