Change or Reset Your Own SIRAS Password
Use the login-screen reset option when you have forgotten your password. Use Manage Users / My Account when you are already logged in and want to change it directly.
Your SIRAS account must contain a current email address for self-service reset.
If the reset email cannot be used, the account is blocked, or the account has not been used for an extended period, contact the district SIRAS administrator.

When Administrator Help Is Needed
A District SPED Clerk may need to reset the account when:
- the account has not been used for more than six months;
- the account is blocked because of inactivity;
- the account email address is not usable for self-service reset; or
- self-service reset does not resolve the problem.
Send the administrator to Reset a User's Password or Reactivate a Blocked Account.
