This export contains Service Log data as entered. It does not perform Minutes Report calculations.
If you need expected-versus-delivered service minutes or other calculated Minutes Report information, use the Minutes Report instead.
Choose What You Want to Export
The records included in the export depend on where you start:
- Individual student: selecting Export Log Data for a student exports that student's Service Log entries.
- Service Log group: Service Log data can also be exported for one Service Log group of students at a time.
Open the applicable Service Log area before beginning the export.
Use the Service Logs area to locate the student or group whose Service Log entries you want to export.
Export the Service Log Data
- Locate the student or Service Log group you want to export.
- Select Export Log Data.
Export Log Data opens the Data Export area for the applicable Service Log records.
SIRAS opens Data Export with the Service Log Data data set already selected.
- Review the number of Service Logs included.
- Change the Filename if needed.
- Select the desired File Format. XLSX is convenient when the file will be opened in Excel.
- Review the date-format and header-row options.
- Select Start Process - Generate Export.
Service Log Data is selected automatically. Review the filename and export options, then generate the export.
Download the Finished Export
After the export finishes, locate the file under My Finished Exports and select Download.
Completed Service Log exports appear under My Finished Exports. Select Download to save the generated file.
Open the downloaded file and confirm that it contains the intended student or group Service Log records and the expected service dates.
What Is Included in the Service Log Data File?
The Service Log Data export includes fields such as:
- SSID
- Grade
- District
- Disability 1 Code
- Disability 2 Code
- Service Date
- Minutes
- Service Type
- Service Code
- Provider
- Session Delivery
- Progress
- Notes
These are individual Service Log data entries. This export does not calculate expected service minutes, delivered-versus-expected totals, or other Minutes Report results.
