- Keep up with the daily tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your weekly tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your monthly tasks.
- Run the SSID Extract and look for newly enrolled SWDS, send PLAN adoption if SWDS = 1
- Print the lists to check them off as they are completed.
- Use View Incoming to ensure next years data for your district has been updated
- 5/7/2024 - CALPADS EOY Snapshots are ready!
- 5/24/2024 - Have all DRDP ratings entered into Siras. Predefined query DRDP Not Started OR Incomplete
- Post Secondary Surveys (HS Districts Only) need entered into Siras.
- Keep sending out survey questions by mail, email or phone.
- Look for past preschool eligible that may want to participate now (Padlet link)
