- Keep up with the daily tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your weekly tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your monthly tasks.
- Run the SSID Extract and look for newly enrolled SWDS, send PLAN adoption if SWDS = 1
- Print the lists to check them off as they are completed.
- DRDP Ratings are being done now and need to be entered into Siras.
- Finish setting Next Year's District for students going to another district next year.
- NEW - Check Data Discrepancies Report in CALPADS
- Post Secondary Surveys (HS Districts Only) need to be sent out.
- Keep sending out survey questions by mail, email or phone.
- Look for past preschool eligible that may want to participate now (Padlet link)
- Get a head start on your Reportable Exits
