Find meetings that were held late

Thesre instructions are for SIRAS and useful when comparing to the 16.21 Report in CALPADS.

These reports find records that were held late during the current academic year.

These reports can have the query modified to find earlier held late meetings but is primarily designed to be most accurate during the current academic year.

If your district wants to keep track of meetings held late from year to year, SIRAS highly suggest running this report at end of June each year and keep track of reports locally by printing them out and exporting the record IDs. Then store those reports/exports locally at your district.

Go to to /Reporting /Student Lists /Predefined Lists /Compliance Concerns / Overdues

Run

DINC1: Previously Overdue Annual

or

DINC1: Previously Overdue Triennial

Run this list with 'Find only records with delay reason missing' NOT checked to find all meetings held late.

Once a meeting has been reported with the meeting delay reason, current data doesn't need the delay reason.

You will want to look in CALPADS data or the 16.21 report to see if a meeting delay reason was reported at the time.

If it was not, you will need to go to the archive itself, fix the meeting delay reason and report the archive as MEET only to send a missing meeting delay reason.
