Why do I keep getting Logged off?

• Logging into Siras,while already logged in another window, can log out the previous session.
• Using the browser back button instead of Siras' own navigation can log you out. Instead, use the Siras "Return to" link located next to Siras logo in the upper left hand area.
• Have you read thru the SIRAS Requirements? Sometimes fixing something on the requirements list will resolve the issue.

In the Form(IEP/504/SST) manager why would data be lost?

It is possible due to the above issues that the session is interrupted while on a form.
