  • If there is a student that needs to be removed from  your caseload, find that record before going to this page.

  • If a student is missing from your caseload, use below to search for the student and request access.

If you want to add a student, you can go to Manage Caseload first.

If you want a student deleted, we suggest you go to that student record first, then go to Manage Caseload.

Manage Caseload in Student Info Menu with No Student selected.

Manage Caseload in the Student Info Menu with a Student selected, must go to bottom of Menu

Go to Student Info Menu

Select Manage Caseload

Use this area to request assignment/removal of existing or new students from your caseload.  The request will be visible by users with Administrator level access at your district.  Assuming the Administrator accepts the Assignment Request you will be sent a message when the assignment has been completed.

To remove a student:

If you don't go to the student record to be removed, you will see a 'no student selected' message'

You can click on that link and query the student name or ID to find the record.

If you want to add a student:

First select the Role you want to be assigned as.

Second, search for the student by SSID or name and dob

Third, click Find Matching Records

Assuming the student record is found

Click the 'Request Assignment' button on the right to make request.

If there is no record of this student in the system, this also can be a request to create the new student record.
This type of assignment request will not automatically create a new record, your District SPED clerk will be the one to confirm and act on that request.
