Go to the /reporting menu/meeting reports area
Click on Predefined reports
Under 'year for Historical Queries'
Current data is meetings so far this year
2023-2024 are meetings from that academic year.
Select the year to research
click the Annual/Triennial or Initial evaluation button to run the report
Lets say we click on Initial evaluations and want to review the outcomes of the meetings.
The next page is the results of that query with 'meeting data'
So use the choose student button to get the found set from meeting record results into the 'found set' of SIRAS.
Once you have the found set of SIRAS adjusted, go to /reporting/statistical reports
Then set up a custom report as of Inactive reason and Plan Type
The results with no inactive reason are the students who were found eligible and started participating.
The results with an inactive reason are the students who were DNQ, or found eligible but did not start participating.
