10/23/2025 Update

 

SIRAS has completed batch reporting and re-sending of most recent (blank plan) archives for the HS districts.

This should have eliminated the majority of errors for SIRAS Districts.

 

 

If your district still has remaining PLAN0390-0397 errors, they must be reviewed individually.

 

Cause of PLAN0390-PLAN0397 Errors in CALPADS:

• For students who are 15 as of 10/1/2025 but will be 16 as of 6/30/2025.
• The most recent plan on or before 10/1/2025 in CALPADS has blank information.
• CALPADS decided to make those plans have an error for being blank.

 

Resolution:

1. The most recent plan on or prior to 10/1/2025 can be fixed in online maintenance to have all N values.
2. The most recent plan archived transaction on or prior to 10/1/2025 can be resent from SIRAS (as is) don't fill out the answers as all N. SIRAS now reports blank answers as N.
3. If the most recent archive in SIRAS was a (stay put) meeting archive, no plan can be sent. Find the next most recent archive that can send as 'Plan Only'

Question: Do I have to fill out all the questions as N to send N to CALPADS from SIRAS?

No, not at all, please don't waste your time doing this. 

SIRAS now automatically sends N instead of blank.
