Shortcut to SIRAS not working?
Did you save a desktop shortcut to double click on to get into SIRAS? If so we suggest you delete that shortcut and make a bookmark in your browser of choice instead of saving the desktop shortcut. Those files can corrupt after a while and stop working. Click here for more information on logging in.

Workaround for PDF Viewer issues:
- Document won't load at all: Try clearing browser cache
- Try changing User Preference in SIRAS: System/Browser default. This will cause Chrome, etc. to use its native PDF viewer instead of the one SIRAS provides.
- Download the PDF and open with Adobe Acrobat or desktop system PDF viewer.
