The focus of this article is related to current events that might be overdue soon (upcoming) or are or were already overdue or held late.

- Be sure to keep track of SPED students with Discipline incidents, these will be reported in your SIS.
- Be sure to keep track of/print monthly indicator reports being run in SIRAS to track progress.
- Be sure to extract CALPADS data monthly to feed to report generators like System Improvement Leads.
SIRAS has predefined list DINC 1 queries to help find data that can be compared to the 16.21 and discrepancy reports in CALPADS.

Here we will find a number of queries that go to lists to review compliance candidates.
Note the presence of the 'Find only records with delay reason missing' option.
Only use this option when other candidates have been reviewed and we are looking for only new candidates.
Each of the buttons can be run and researched for accuracy.
- Upcoming Next Annual/Triennial - Look for meetings in this list that do not have a meeting scheduled.
- Degree of Support Required/Missing - Look for records that need this field entered. Required Fall 2025
- DINC 1: Currently Overdue Annual / Triennial - Look for meetings in this list that do not have a meeting scheduled. Is the student still enrolled?
- DINC 1: Previously Overdue Annual - The most recent annual plan review was held late
- DINC 1: Previously Overdue Triennial - The most recent triennial reevaluation was held date
- DINC 2: Init Eval > 60 days - Meeting date of initial evaluation was more than 60 calendar days after the parental consent date
- DINC 3: Init Eval after 3rd Birthday - Part C to B IFSP to IEP evaluation was held after students third birthday
- DINC 4: Transition Reg. Indicators - HS districts, look for students missing or having N as TRAN_REG answers.
