FTE Excess Cost In SIRAS

Download the 2023 Fall 1 16.14 file and have it stored securely.
IMPORTANT – We need to do two FTE Pivot table analysis.

1. FTE Total 1 – No type 55 charter schools
2. FTE Total 2 – Only type 55 charter schools

The screenshot below assumes you have already done something sort of like:

• Downloaded the 2023 Fall 1 LEA Approved 16.14 for your District or SELPA locally.
• Opened Excel, then used CSV data import wizard to convert each column of the incoming data.
• Add an Age column on the end that creates the age in years of the student as of the census date of that file 10/4/2023
• Added the blank wizard pivot
• used controls on lower right to pick out % by Age by School type
• happy with report
• Add calculations below one end
• Find way to populate them down the file.
