Run this report on Fall 1 Census Day and save for later

Your found set should be active students only.

These reports can be printed as grouped list or matrix, whatever is preferable

If you are running this report for EOY 4

Click Search

Change Active Status = Active/Eligible

Click Search to list

Running the Report

After you have the correct found set for Fall 1 or EOY 4

Go to /reporting/statistical Reports/Predefined Reports

Under CALPADS Reports, click on Disability and Plan Type (16.12)

Click Setup Custom Report

Change from Grouped List to Matrix
