Go to to /Reporting /Student Lists /Predefined Lists /Data Compliance and Overdues

Run

DINC1: Previously Overdue Annual

or

DINC1: Previously Overdue Triennial

It will tell you how many are overdue as of today, the day you run it.

Next step is to adjust the as of date to be from the point you want to know.
You can use as of Fall 1 10/2/2024 or EOY 4 6/30/2025, or whatever date one wants.

If today in August 2024 you want the previously overdue from 2023-2024 academic year you would need to modify the query

Last evaluation >= 7/1/2024 [being held late this year 2024-2025]

Last evaluation between 7/1/2023 and 6/30/2024  [held late during 2023-2024 school year]
