16.21 says a student enrolled at our district is plan review held late or reevaluation held last, but they just arrived.

If your district was not the district that held the meeting that was held late, you can ignore this notification.

In this screenshot example, you are District B. Student was enrolled at District A at the time of the meeting, not your district.
