How to run the Annual Service Plan Report in SIRAS

How to generate the Local Plan ASP (Annual Service Plan) report for all LEAs in your SELPA.

 

What this report will do is build a list of Services currently listed in active plans on the MIS Summary page.

Be mindful that you may need to add service listings if services any specific LEA can provide, isn't currently in use as of the day this report is run.

 

  • Login to SIRAS at the SELPA level
  • Click on Search to verify  your current found set is Active status only (eligible, participating & enrolled)
  • If it is not already Active, change it to Active then click Search to List
  • Go to the /Reporting menu and select /reporting/statistical reports
  • Click on Predefined Reports
  • Look for the Special Reports area in center bottom of predefined reports
  • Click on the 'Annual Service Plan (ASP) template: Attch. VI (download)' button
  • SIRAS will have you download a .zip file
  • Inside this .zip file is your Local Plan information.
