Hi Districts!
Below are the steps on how you can take the .csv file you downloaded from CDE and create a found set you can share with your district.

- Start here >>: SIRAS PPT for IEP Implementation Toolkit
- SELPA sent you a link to download a .csv file list of SSIDs.
- Save the .csv list file locally for reference.
- Login to SIRAS and use SSID List with your file.
- Verify found set = number of SSID in file.
- If the number doesn't match, reach out to [email protected]
- If the number does match, save the query.
- Then the query can be shared with the district.
- Whoever is creating the list can refer to Export Log Minutes Help
How to export the mintues report:
Find students in question with the saved SSID list.
/tools/data export
Use the 2025 button.
The dates are for 2026 though.
