Was there a red alert message broadcast at the top of the SIRAS page indicating reboot was imminent in so many minutes? If so check every 5 min after the reboot time.

 

If you are trying to do data entry in the forms of SIRAS thru the IEP/504/SST manager, see steps below for resolution.

 

Are you using SIRAS between the hours of 11pm-1am If so SIRAS may be deploying updates, take precautions.

 

Do you use extensions or plugins like Grammarly to edit text in web page? 

If so you may want to disable this type of extension and try again.

 

Are you able to replicate the steps to making the error or log off event?

If so please send student ID and the steps to replicate the issue to support@sirassystems.com

 

 

 

Are you just getting kicked off randomly as soon as you click into any data field?

This may require a one time clearing of your cache, not your passwords! Click HERE on how to clear cache.

Just the cache/history of the browser from all time. If the error has bad date only doing within the last week will miss the one causing the crash.
