Trouble with viewing forms

When viewing any forms in SIRAS as PDF, taking the below steps can help.

If you are trying to do data entry into a 'form' where you are adding text by typing data in

  • Click on Tools
  • Under Tools select 'My Account' or 'Manage Users' (then find your account)
  • Once you are viewing your Siras account
  • Click on Edit Preferences
  • At the bottom left, make sure next to PDF Viewer you have 'System Default' selected
  • If System Default doesn't work you can experiment with the other options.
  • If you use Chrome and there is an 'update' button in the upper right corner, please update.
  • Then click Update Preferences.

 

 

 

 

Select from the popup menu ‘System/browser default’ then click the Update Preferences button at the bottom and see if the form opens without having to download.

 

If that does not work, Select from the popup menu ‘pdf.js v4’ then click the Update Preferences button at the bottom and see if the form opens without having to download.

 

If that does not work, Select from the popup menu ‘pdf.js v3’ then click the Update Preferences button at the bottom and see if the form opens without having to download.
