[Parent Response> Definitions | Impact Table | Steps for disagreement]

We are now at the 10th final steps of 10 steps to complete an IEP.

Before a meeting is Finalized:

  1. Add any written notes from the meeting into the notes form.
  2. Scan any extra pages and upload and attach them to the meeting.
  3. Preview the meeting to PDF and compare to physical copy.
  4. Look page per page to ensure the electronic copy is a good representation of the physical file going into the cumulative file.

Verify all email links are complete.

Click on the Links/Requests tab. Please ensure all signatures have been collected before finalizing.

Once complete, the case manager can begin to Finalize the meeting.
