If there are errors you don't understand, do not touch them please.  Email support@sirassystems.com for assistance.

If you know exactly what the error was posted for and that it is no longer relevant, ex. DRDP error from previous reporting cycle.

If you know exactly what the error was posted for and the issue was resolved, then remove the error so you can send that fixed archive again.

Posted Errors or Warnings have 3 potential sources:

  1. The archived transaction caused a CALPADS file to be rejected upon trying to send data.
  2. The DRDP data was rejected by the draccessdata.org upload process.
  3. SIRAS posted the error or warning notice to be followed up on.

To remove one error, just use the red X on the right hand side of the error notice.

Important, if you don't know what it means, please do not delete it, someone may be depending on that staying there until they can come back to fix it.

How to remove all errors on one record?

Look at the bottom of the list of errors, above the MIS page.

The bottom right button is a 'clear all' button. Click on that.

See screenshots below

How to search for specific 'DRDP' errors

Find by code isolates the errors in the State Program Errors/Warnings dialog box.

If you want to isolate the specific SIRAS records in the current found set, use the Find students with Error Code: DRDP

That button appears after the code query is stated.

Click that and only the records with those posted errors will be in your found set.
