If a student is on a 504 program, that must be reported by your SIS, not SIRAS.

If 504 plans are being done in SIRAS, verify that your SIS system is being updated when staff are new to 504 or are no longer eligible for 504.

If your SIS is integrated with SIRAS, verify with your IT team that the SIRAS 504 data file is being imported into your SIS.

If not, then these updates must be made manually as they occur.
