Find students with: Initial Eval. w/Assessment Plan Unsent

This finds students with a referral date in place but no evidence the AP has been sent to the family for approval.

 

Find students with: Open Meeting w/Assessment Plan Received

This finds students with an open meeting and assessment plan received date has been filled out.

If the permission to assess is yes, this becomes the parental consent date. If this student does not yet have an SSID, we are required by CDE to obtain one at this point.
