The new Domain Exceptions were added to the English Learner Assessment & Support form.  If the form had been completed and the meeting not 'Held' you will see an orange form warning 'Submitted, but no longer applicable'.  If the student will not have Domain Exceptions then feel free to use the original form; else you can delete the old form by clicking the red ‘X’ to the right of the form link which will elicit the revised ELD form.

The new Domain Exceptions are mapped and are search-able and list-able. As of this date they are not being collected in TOMS.
