[Testing and Accommodations in SIRAS] [TOMS API for SIRAS] [SIRAS TOMS Export FAQ] [Exporting SBAC/ELPAC from SIRAS for TOMS]
How does it all work?
At this time, once the API credentials are saved into SIRAS, one students accommodations can be sent at a time.
Data can be sent when IEP team is finalizing a meeting and they get a message where they can push the new accommodations immediately when the meeting is being finalized.
Data can be sent when a Site Coordinator goes to the Assessment Info area of SIRAS.
What does it send to TOMS?
This connection sends exactly the same information the SIRAS TOMS Export sends except for one student at at time. Either manually by button click or when staff complete an IEP Manager meeting where the accommodations form was updated.
What are TOMS API Keys?
This is the username/password information already entered into your SIS that allows your SIS and now SIRAS to send data directly to TOMS for one student at a time.
If your district applies for new credentials, make sure the new credentials are entered into both your SIS and SIRAS.
Can we send all our district data or multiple student assessments in batch with the TOMS API connection?
At this time no, but that ability will be developed in the near future.
