How does a district upload all the accommodations and designated supports from SIRAS to TOMS?
Can we do a batch upload after teachers have been adjusting the settings for individual students in TOMS?
No, please do not allow staff to fine tune the TOMS settings per student until after all batch uploads are done. Batch uploads erase everything in TOMS for those student records and needs to be done first prior to any staff working in individual student records.

How can we export SBAC/ELPAC accommodations in batch from SIRAS to TOMS?
How do we export the entire district's data?
Make sure you login at the District Level and don't have a found set in place when clicking on the export buttons.

What if I have a specific list of students I want to export?
Then find those students first before clicking the export preset button.
SIRAS will display the 'Preset selected' message indicating that the export has been built but will only include the specific records already found.
If this found set includes record that aren't eligible, that will generate errors in TOMS so make sure your list is correct first.
