If your found set is all Active
Sort by School back and forth.
There should be no active records with blank schools, these record need to have active status set to Pending
Or fix the schools.
Sort by District Enrollment
Verify the records with no district enrollment are enrolled and add the latest district enrollment date to the MIS. No need to archive.
If they are not enrolled they need to be made Pending or Inactive.
Remember district enrollment date is the earliest date all three things were in place. Eligible, enrolled and participating.
Old dates are ok if they have been participating since then.
Sort by School Type back and forth.
Do all your NPS types have the correct school attending?
Do all your Private School Types have the correct school attending?
Do all your Private School Types have plan type 200
Do your Charters have the correct Charter Type?

Click on Setup Custom Report
Select Table
Build the Table of School Attending, School Type, Primary Residence, Program setting and Plan Type
Click Generate Report
Now with the Table View
Sort by School Type (if you are using Code and Label get the bigger numbers up top)
Now you can see parochial and private school at top.
Are they all ISP? If not we may need to investigate what needs to be changed, school or plan type?
Now Click on Setup Custom Report
Double click on School Attending to remove it
Click on Generate Report

With more generic fields, the report got way smaller and you can look at the data trends more easily
