If your found set is all Active

Sort by School back and forth.

There should be no active records with blank schools, these record need to have active status set to Pending

Or fix the schools.

Sort by District Enrollment

Verify the records with no district enrollment are enrolled and add the latest district enrollment date to the MIS. No need to archive.

If they are not enrolled they need to be made Pending or Inactive.

Remember district enrollment date is the earliest date all three things were in place.  Eligible, enrolled and participating.

Old dates are ok if they have been participating since then.

Sort by School Type back and forth.

Do all your NPS types have the correct school attending?

Do all your Private School Types have the correct school attending?

Do all your Private School Types have plan type 200

Do your Charters have the correct Charter Type?

We can do further analysis with Table, see below

Sort by District of Special Ed. Accountability back and forth.

Review it next to District of Geographical Residence.

Use this to compare to DSEA Extract of sending/receiving

Sort by Plan Type

Did this bring up all your private school?

It's hard to tell in the list format.

We can do further analysis with Table, see below

Click on Setup Custom Report

Select Table

Build the Table of School Attending, School Type, Primary Residence, Program setting and Plan Type

Click Generate Report

Now with the Table View

Sort by School Type (if you are using Code and Label get the bigger numbers up top)

Now you can see parochial and private school at top.

Are they all ISP? If not we may need to investigate what needs to be changed, school or plan type?

Now Click on Setup Custom Report

Double click on School Attending to remove it

Click on Generate Report

Noticed what happened!

With more generic fields, the report got way smaller and you can look at the data trends more easily
