This page is the date authority for scheduled SIRAS system events, including SIS import pauses, rollover windows, Production-to-Training refreshes, DRDP archiving, ESY resets, and academic-year query changes.

Recurring Annual Cycle
| January Production data is commonly copied to the Training Server near the beginning of January. Training-only records and changes may be overwritten. | March The prior DRDP period is typically archived to make way for Spring DRDP entry. | June through August SIS imports may pause between academic years. SELPA rollover runs from mid-July through mid-August. Imports generally resume near the beginning of August. | August through September The prior DRDP period is archived, Production may be copied to Training, ESY Enrolled resets September 1, and Fall DRDP entry begins. |
Important: July 1 does not immediately change every academic-year search.
Academic-year predefined queries and statistical reports do not all change on July 1. Some compliance-related searches continue using the prior academic year through approximately August 1, then begin using the new year and upcoming Fall 1 reference date.

| DRDP archive | The completed DRDP period becomes historical and the next rating period becomes available. | Complete ratings and error review before the archive window. |
