When a student's active status = Inactive as Eligible No Plan, or Cessation of Services and they still live in the district.

If a meeting is needed, change the active status to be Pending but do -not- remove the inactive date or reason.

SIRAS will only report the meeting when it is finalized.

If during the course of this meeting it is known the student will start to participate at the outset of this meeting, then change the active status from Pending (with inactive data) to Active and clear out the inactive data.

SIRAS will then report plan from this meeting in addition to a meeting record if the meeting event was a plan review or triennial reevaluation.
