This is for staff who have accounts that normally show an entire school or district.
They also have been assigned to student(s) outside of the school or district they are normally assigned to.
One can set the 'Default Scope for admins' to 'View Individual Students' or 'Site' level in the Edit Preferences area depending on which view is used more often.
The View Individually Assigned option, found in the school house icon area (change view scope) will allow a user to switch between site based record viewing and caseload based record viewing.
Click on the school house icon that shows your district/school
Look for 'view only individually assigned' checkbox
Select it then click Go
This will change the focus of records to only those students that you have been assigned to as a Provider including students from other districts.
