Are you with Santa Clara SELPA?

If so have you recently changed an archives report status with a report event date prior to 7/1/2024 back to pending?

This archive was previously sent with SELPA code = 43XX, now that Santa Clara has new SELPA code 4310, those plans can't be resent with the new code.

Don't rearchive, go into the pending/planned archive and fix the referral data there separately. Remove error and resend data.

SIRAS is attempting to send a SWDS Status that already exists in CALPADS

Was the SWDS that already exists in CALPADS reported correctly?

Was everything that needed to be reported from the initial already reported?

Then we can change the report status to complete to stop SIRAS from attempting to send the SWDS status.

If the SWDS status in CALPADS was reported incorrectly or from the wrong district, have that SWDS removed before attempting to send the correct SWDS status record.
