Personal

The Personal tab displays the selected student’s Personal Data, School Data, and Demographic Data. A photo of the student can be uploaded here.

Contacts

Student Contact information is located in this tab. Users need to verify this information before creating a new meeting. Information located in the Contacts tab will be auto-populated in the necessary forms when a meeting is created.  If the districts SIS is connected with SIRAS, the contact data will be updated from the SIS.  Any contact changes will need to be entered in the District SIS.

Medical/Disability

The Medical tab houses all medical information for the student record. Nurses may enter medical information for the student at any time. Hearing and Sight test results will auto-populate in the IEP forms if the medical information is added before a meeting is created.
