Reviewing SIRAS data in Table reporting format

Data being viewed in the table can be the following.

Current data

Pending transactions
Historical transactions

 

If your intent is to monitor current data, search for that and go to the table.

If your intent is to monitor pending transactions about to be sent to CALPADS, click on the link in the CALPADS reporting area or manually build the query of report status = Pending, search to list. You can now list or view in table format the queried transactions.

You can search for historical archives. Say all archives with a report event date between 7/1/2023 and 6/30/2024. Or all transactions with a report event  date greater than 7/1/2024.  Click the search to list to view the data. Go to the statistical report table area to see totals of the rows.

 

 

There are two parts to this.
Find data and search to list

Setup custom report as Table with up to 5 fields

 

Can sort by one row and unique row totals are summarized on the right.

 

 

Once you have found the data the decision must be made as to how to review it.

  1. Export the found set and review in Excel
  2. Search to List and sort the list
  3. Go to /reporting/statistical reports/set up custom report, Choose the Report Layout of Table (maximum 5 values to compare/sort/total)

SIRAS Lists :

Once you have your found set of records you can go to /reporting/predefined lists area of SIRAS.


 

 

 

 

Review data in Table Layout

 

Go to /Reporting/Statistical Reports/Setup Custom Report

Choose

Once you have your found set of records you can go to /reporting/predefined lists area of SIRAS.
From there you can invoke either /reporting/statistical reports/setup custom report/grouped student lists

or

/reporting/statistical reports/setup custom report/table

 

Then add the fields you want to view in order of how you may sort them.


For program setting you may want to use

School, age, grade, program setting in your list or table

 

From there you can sort on birthdate or grade and see which students will need program setting updated prior to
