Hi Districts!
Below are the steps on how you can take the .csv file you downloaded from CDE and create a found set you can share with your district.

- Start here >>: SIRAS PPT for IEP Implementation Toolkit
- SELPA sent you a link to download a .csv file list of SSIDs.
- Save the .csv list file locally for reference.
- Login to SIRAS and use SSID List with your file.
- Verify found set = number of SSID in file.
- If the number doesn't match, reach out to support@sirassystems.com
- If the number does match, save the query.
- Then the query can be shared with the district.
- Whoever is creating the list can refer to Export Log Minutes Help
CDE Resources for 2024-2025 IEP Implementation
The IEP Implementation Data Collection program is in effect starting again March 2025.
CDE will be sending out lists of sample SSIDs for LEAs to evaluate and report back on level of minutes delivered by percent breakdown.

Objectives:
- To fulfill its monitoring and enforcement responsibilities under the federal IDEA in 34 Code of Federal Regulations ยง 300.600 and 300.323
- Identify systemic issues with LEAs, and help the State identify LEAs that are not providing the services promised in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Identify and categorize IEPs surveyed by three designated percentage of completion ranges
