- Keep up with the daily tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your weekly tasks.
- Pick a date and calendar your monthly tasks.
- Run the SSID Extract and look for newly enrolled SWDS, send PLAN adoption if SWDS = 1
- Print the lists to check them off as they are completed.
- Pull DINC Reports as of 6/30 to save for future reference.
- 6/7/2024 Have all DRDP errors cleared and exception list complete.
- 6/7/2024 Have all imported IVR Submission errors resolved in Siras
- 6/8/2024 ALL SIS INTEGRATION IMPORTS INTO SIRAS TURNED OFF
- 6/28/2024 PSTS Survey data entry complete
- 6/28/2024 have all CALPADS Certification errors resolved
- Start entering in next years Holiday events under /tools/siras admin
- Schedule SELPA review for next month
- Look for past preschool eligible that may want to participate now (Padlet link)
- Get a head start on your Reportable Exits
- Review Before Rollover Procedures
- Review your 8.1a in CALPADS
- Review your 16.14 for missing transition
- Review your reportable exits
- Have DRDP Not Started OR Incomplete for Preschool down to zero.
