If a student is transferring from elementary to middle school, or from middle school to high school and if the Annual Review or a Triennial Review falls between the last several months to the end of the school year, enter a Transition option in the Secondary Purpose.  Otherwise, do a Other Review and enter a Transition option as a Secondary Purpose.

If the student will be going to a different district, school and/or have a change of services complete the [IEP 13] Revision to IEP for Next School Year form / Next School Year Services / Record of Changes to IEP for Next School Year  (depending on the SELPA you belong to).

What you enter in this form will populate the Next Years Data tab under the Student Info menu.  Around the middle of July SIRAS will do a Rollover - Grade Advance at which the next years data will replace the Current Year data.

Prior to the rollover, the SIRAS District or School Admin from the other district can select 'View Incoming Students' from the little red school house in the upper righthand corner to view those incoming students from the other district as 'read only', except they can edit the Next Years Data tab.

View a matriculation list by going the Student List under the Reporting menu; then Predefined List tab, and select the 'Next Years Data' list.
