Typical Resolution Steps to most crashing issues:
Don't miss the 'Recent Changes' tab in the SIRAS Home page area:
[13157 - Unable to edit list choices or export choices by double clicking. This is an issue only with Chrome on Windows as far as we know, as a workaround use the (add) (remove) buttons ] 5/29/2024 - Use Add Remove buttons after highlighting field, or wait for Chrome to update, or use alternate browser.

Workaround for PDF Viewer issues:
- Document won't load at all: Try clearing browser cache
- Speculative fix deployed, reverting default version of pdf.js to v3
- Try changing User Preference in SIRAS: System/Browser default. This will cause Chrome, etc. to use its native PDF viewer instead of the one SIRAS provides.
- Download the PDF and open with Adobe Acrobat or desktop system PDF viewer.
