CERT147, SENR0439F1 or SENR0439E4 :    Adult Age Students with Disabilities in Transition Status is required for this record

 

The proper way to address SENR0439F1 is to either send new Enrollment information from your SIS or manually edit the SENR record in CALPADS itself to fix the data entry in field 1.34 - Adult Age Students with Disabilities in Transition Status.

 

 

The gist of it is this:

• If this is a first year Senior, the answer must be No.
• If the student is in their second or later year of 12th grade and they are still working on their Diploma, the answer is also still No.
• If the student is in their second year or later of 12th grade and they are now in a program to transition to adult life, then the answer needs to be Yes.

 

Steps to resolution:

 

1. Find the student by SSID in CALPADS
2. Under Student enrollment
3. Open the relevant enrollment record
4. Scroll down to the bottom left corner.
5. There you can find field 1.34 that needs the correct answer to the following question.

 

 

Find your districts most recent enrollment record prior to Census.

 

 

Open the enrollment record and scroll to bottom left.
