PSTS: [find/edit][print/email][read/enter][report][error help]

PSTS GERR0005
What this means is the exit date in Siras is not in the same academic year as the exit date in CALPADS. So if the exit date is wrong in Siras, fix it.  If the exit date is wrong in CALPADS, fix that.

PSTS IVR0034
Only one record may exist in the file with the same SSID, School of Attendance, and Student School Start Date
This means that the same PSTS survey response has been duplicated in the secondary survey response.. Select the blank option at the top of the PSTS menu to blank it out.

PSTS 0481

NOTE:  If the SENR enrollment from last year does NOT show enrollment exit reason of E125, E140, E300, E400, E410, or T280 Or a Completion Status of 100, 120, 250, 320, 330, or 360, then your student record is not eligible to have PSTS surveys posted. Clear the survey answers to clear the error.
PSTS0481 Defined in CALPADS

If you find your student’s exit in CALPADS doesn’t have either criteria of the correct exit reason or the correct completion status, then all you can do is remove your PSTS survey answer directly from the CALPADS UI, and then remove the answer from the MIS page in SIRAS. Do not archive.

Another cause of PSTS0481 is when after the student ‘exited’ from your district, they re-enrolled at another district. If this happens, then all you can do is remove your PSTS survey answer directly from the CALPADS UI, and then remove the answer from the MIS page in SIRAS. Do not archive.
