Thank you for your interest in the SIRAS SST and 504 Modules! Both modules are available to you at no cost.
Getting Started
To begin, the District SPED Clerk will need to:
-
Assign themselves as the SST Clerk and 504 Clerk at the district level.
-
Assign 504 Coordinators and SST Coordinators at the site level, associating them with their respective schools.
Once assigned, these users will have access to the modules, though they may not initially see any students until added.
Next Steps
-
Review Inactive IEP records (exited or DNQ) in the IEP module. Identify students who now have 504 Plans and transfer those records to the 504 Module.
-
Refer to the attached documents, particularly Using Role Setup, for detailed instructions.
Forms & Customization
SIRAS provides generic 504 and SST forms within the Document Library (Tools menu). If these forms do not meet your district’s needs, we can:
-
Modify existing forms or develop new ones for a one-time customization fee of $220/hour.
-
If interested, please send your district's 504 and/or SST forms in English and Spanish for an estimate.
SIS Integration (504 Module Only)
SIRAS offers SIS integration to connect demographic and contact data for the 504 module. The one-time cost is as follows:
District Size (Gen Ed Enrollment) |
Cost |
---|---|
1–50 (Small) |
$600 |
50–15,000 (Medium) |
$1,200 |
15,000–25,000 (Large) |
$1,800 |
25,000+ |
$2,400 |
Training & Workshops (Optional)
We recommend a three-part Zoom workshop series covering:
-
Part 1: SIRAS Overview
-
Part 2: Developing a 504 Plan
-
Part 3: SST Tracker Process
Each session is 2 hours and costs $800 per session. Let me know if you're interested in additional details.
Final Recommendation
I suggest starting with the 504 module, then introducing the SST Tracker module later if needed, rather than launching both at once.
