In an Addendum or Other review the focus is on the Current Goals.

You can add a goal, you can modify an existing goal, but you cannot delete or remove a goal.  The reason is that all the goals, even the ones that have been met early or no longer applicable need to be accounted for at the time of the next Annual Review.

Here is what to do in the event of a goal that either has been met early or abandoned:

First go to the Progress Report which is under the Student Info menu / Data Collection and Progress / Progress Report.

Goal Met Early:

For those goals have been 'met', indicate so by clicking 'met' in the Progress Report.   All goals, even the goals met early, will remain on the Progress Report until your next Annual Review.

Goals Discontinued of Abandoned:

If a goal has been Discontinued of Abandoned, go to the Progress Report and select 'No' under Goal Met:

Then select 'Discontinued/Abandoned' you can enter comments in the Comments field if needed concerning the goal.

Adding New Goals to an existing Annual Review:

When you do the new Annual Review, you have to be accountable for all goals agreed to even the ones that had been met early, that is why they remain until the next Annual Review has been Finalized. Once flagged as met early or abandoned, you will no longer need to report on that goal(s).

To add new goals, under Student Info / Goal Developer select the Current Goals use the GoalWizard or Create blank goal button at the bottom to add new goals to the existing IEP.  Or, this can be done by holding an Annual Review or an Other Review, then opening the Annual Goal form and entering your new goal(s) there.  When opening the Annual Goals page you will see all the existing goals (even the ones that had been 'met') as well as the new goals you created in the Goal Developer or directly on the Annual Goal page directly.
