After the record has been created we have three main areas to fill.

Referral Information

Special Ed. Information

Service information.


Referral information comes from SWDS and MEET information

 

 

 

 

 

Special Ed. Information comes from PLAN and MEET information

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Post Secondary Transition Indicators (TRAN_REG)

 

 

 

 

Service information comes from SERV information.

Just create the services with the plan effective date of the most recent plan.

In this example the most recent plan from the other district is 6/14/2024.

So we then transfer the three services with that same plan effective date to the Service area at the bottom of the MIS summary page.
