For any active student, program setting should not be blank.
Either fix the program setting, or put the active status back to Pending until the record is ready for Active status.
For this list you might want to filter out all students who will turn 5 after census date.
You can do that with this search here:
Birthdate <= 10/2/2019
What this finds is all students who if not 5 already, will be 5 by 10/2/2019
Sort by Birthdate to get youngest on top.
All the students who are 4 as of today, won't be found by the predefined query of 'KDG requiring updated program data' as that query is looking for the ones that have already turned 5yo and in Kinder.
If you end up entering updated 400 program settings before they literally turn 5 yo, the MIS page will have a red outline.
For this example, the student will be turning 5 years old on 9/30/2024, today is 9/8/2024 so since the program setting has been entered early I see this:
(see the thin red line around program setting?)
9/30/2024 is a Monday, so assuming the student is enrolled and you are at work that day, the Amendment archive to send the new Plan to CALPADS can be created on or after 9/30/2024 to resolve the PLAN0619 that would result from not reporting this new program setting.

Sort on % in Gen. Ed.
There should be no plan % in Gen. Ed. if the age of the student is 5 or greater (as of 10/2/2024).
If these are new
