SENR Enrollment

Student enrollment at a public school or private school is reported from a district SIS attendance system to CALPADS with the SENR file.

When a student is found eligible and starts participating, SWDS 1 and PLAN/SERV effective dates must be overlapping dates to the enrollment data sent by your SIS. If they are not this may result in GER0005 errors. If a student is not enrolled on 3/15, we can't report that an IEP plan or IEP eligible and participating status will begin on that date.

When students are found not eligible, they withdraw eligibility, or notify that they will be no longer participating, no overlapping enrollment is needed but we want to be sure the 'effective as of dates' are accurate according to the IEP team.
