This is the quick search dialog box that comes up when one clicks on the 'Found Set' link in the upper left corner under the SIRAS logo.

 

Your found set default can be changed under /tools/my account/preferences
The column headers when left clicked on will sort

Some column headers when right (pc) or control (mac) clicked on have other values to display.

The EW and Meeting columns on the right hand side are essential for data monitoring.

 

1. IEP - Folder icon takes you to most recent IEP plan.
2. Full name - Name link will take providers directly to IEP manager, or site/district admins to the MIS Summary page
3. District Attending - Also can say school attending by right clicking the header.
4. SSID - Can be several display fields as needed (see screenshot below)
5. Last Modified - Can be several display fields as needed (see screenshot below)
6. E - Error count
7. W - Warning count
8. Meeting - Meeting information. Yellow is upcoming, Red is overdue
