When meeting events are finalized in the Forms Manager (aka IEP manager if for IEP student), a meeting record is created.

The Student Search button does not natively search meetings, with exception for key 'meeting' search terms that search on the most recent meeting record associated with a given Student record.

If one wants to search meetings in a more indepth way we suggest using Meeting Reports under the Reporting menu.
